This makes me think of a case I had in court once where the judge asked the witness where the father of the baby was. The witness replied "deceased, your honor". "How do you know he is deceased?" asked the judge. "I saw him in the coffin" replied the witness completely stoned faced. I almost got thrown out for laughing out loud. The judge was not amused.
